Kings Lynn is located in Norfolk, in the East of England. The town is 97 miles to the north east of London and 44 miles west of Norwich. Kings Lynn has an approximate population of 140,000 people.

Kings Lynn has been a well known sea port and market town since the 13th century. King's Lynn has always been a centre for the fishing industry and for wider agricultural-related industry including food processing.

Kings Lynn is the retail centre for the region and is also host to such attractions as Lynn’s Museum, The Old Gaol House and King’s Street Art Centre.

Kings Lynn has been home to a number of celebrities including Roger Taylor, drummer from the rock band ‘Queen’, who was born and grew up in Norfolk. Another famous resident was Captain Vancouver, a local hero well known for his discovery and exploration of parts of Canada.

Neighbouring towns to Kings Lynn include Clenchwarton (2 miles), Dersingham (8 miles) and Snettisham (9 miles).
